Enquiry & chat privacy notice

When you submit an enquiry, RAS TECHWORKS receives your name, company, business email, optional phone number and the message you provide. Website chat collects your name, email and conversation messages.

How your details are used

Your details are stored in our enquiry CRM or chat inbox to respond to your request, understand your requirements and follow up about relevant services. Please do not include identity documents, financial account information, passwords or sensitive personal details.

Chat and access

The chat uses a browser cookie to identify your conversation for up to 30 days. This allows you to return in the same browser and see replies. Conversations and enquiries remain stored on the site; the cookie expiry does not delete their records. Access to the CRM and team chat inbox is restricted to authorised staff.

Your choices

To request a correction, deletion or an end to follow-ups, email info@rastechworks.com from the address you used for your enquiry. We may verify your identity before acting on the request.

Other services

This website uses hosting and sign-in services to operate and protect access. It does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. If you choose WhatsApp, that conversation takes place through WhatsApp and is subject to its own privacy terms.
